Innovative Rental Apartments in Benisaudet: Fostering Community and SustainabilityThis project comprises 70 rental apartments in Benisaudet, designed as an alternative to traditional closed-block models. It embraces
an open space framework to promote social interaction, community engagement, and a sense of belonging.
By optimizing the internal space, building heights have been reduced to an average of three floors, creating a domestic-friendly environment that harmonizes with the surroundings.
Each building entrance grants direct access to around 12 apartments, fostering small functional communities and close relations among neighbors. The inner courtyards serve as shared spaces for the entire community, adaptable for various activities such as gardens, playgrounds, theaters, and gatherings.
While the apartments share the same spatial organization, each unit offers a unique living experience, providing a sense of individuality to the residents.
This project prioritizes sustainability with low-energy materials and optimized climate control, ensuring a reduced environmental impact. The green spaces are dedicated to cooperative agriculture, promoting sustainable practices and community involvement.
The rental apartments in Benisaudet aim to create an inclusive and eco-friendly living environment, fostering a strong sense of community and cooperation among its residents.
