The entry for the campus de Justicia de Madrid masterplan competition proposes a platform growth and development of all Judicial institutions to be relocated in the site.
The proposed platform defines a main communication strategy throughout a core spinal distribution space running along the site and an algorithm for growth based on space hierarchy gradients, according to security levels, user groups and the accessibility regulations for Judicial Buildings in Spain. The algorithm measures levels of performance of different core performance indicators previously identified and readjust them as the complex grows.
