This residential project for Temporary rental apartments located in the Outskirts of Madrid, has been conceived as an alternative option to the local traditional rental buildings, adding full flexibility not only to spaces but also to services. The project proposed to create an open space framework that allos to accomodate the demand and constantly changing needs for space to maximize the ocupation of the building.
The space distribution system proposed enables to reconfigure apartments under demand each time the user changes. The proposal for the competition presents an space strategy to combine functional units under demand and a technical solution that allows the same combination and reversibility for infraestructured areas such as services and kitchens.
